This Refund Policy governs purchases of the Weight Inclusive Care Training continuing education course (the "Course") offered on weightinclusivecaretraining.com (the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by Talbert Creative Co., LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. The Course is co-presented by Coach Tiffany, LLC, also an Oregon limited liability company.

By purchasing the Course, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

The Course is a digital product consisting of pre-recorded video instruction, downloadable materials, and a continuing education (CE) certificate upon completion. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final except in the case of a verified technical issue.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or completing the Course, please contact us at hello@drjennytalbert.com and describe the issue. We will make every effort to resolve the problem promptly. If we are unable to restore your access, a full refund of the $50 purchase price will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refund requests based on technical difficulties must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Refunds are not available for reasons other than verified technical difficulties, including but not limited to: change of mind, lack of time to complete the course, or dissatisfaction with the content.
