These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website weightinclusivecaretraining.com (the "Site") and your purchase of the Weight Inclusive Care Training continuing education course (the "Course"). The Site is owned and operated by Talbert Creative Co., LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. The Course is co-presented by Coach Tiffany, LLC, also an Oregon limited liability company. Together, these entities are referred to as "we," "us," or "our."

By accessing the Site or purchasing the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase the Course.

The Weight Inclusive Care Training course is a digital continuing education program designed for healthcare and wellness professionals. Upon purchase, you receive access to the Course materials and, upon completion, a CE certificate. Access is provided to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.

All content on this Site and within the Course — including videos, written materials, slides, handouts, and the CE certificate — is the intellectual property of Talbert Creative Co., LLC and/or Coach Tiffany, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or otherwise use Course materials outside of your own personal professional development without our express written permission.

The Course is intended for educational and continuing education purposes only. Nothing in the Course or on this Site constitutes medical, clinical, psychological, dietary, or legal advice. Completion of this training does not create a provider-patient or professional-client relationship between you and either business entity. Always use your own professional judgment in clinical or client-facing settings.

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from completing the Course, including but not limited to changes in practice, employment results, or CE approval by any particular licensing board. It is your responsibility to confirm that this Course meets the CE requirements of your specific licensing body.

The Course is offered at a purchase price of $50 USD. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your provided payment method.

Refunds are available only in the case of verified technical difficulties that prevent access to the Course. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talbert Creative Co., LLC and Coach Tiffany, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or Course. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Oregon.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
